My Goals

A. Personal Goals:

1. Develop my organisational and time management abilities.

- I can balance my responsibilities to my academic, extracurricular, and personal activities if I manage my time and tasks well.

Example:  make a daily schedule, utilise a planner, and prioritise your duties to efficiently manage your time and keep on top of your obligations.

2. Develop a growth mentality

- Adopting a growth mindset entails seeing obstacles as chances for improvement and taking lessons from failure.

Example: Actively seek out feedback from professors and friends, and use criticisms to enhance my abilities.

3. Improve communication and interpersonal skills

- I can work well with others and clearly explain my views when I can communicate effectively with others.

Example: To practise and enhance my communication abilities, take part in group projects or join events or clubs involving public speaking.

4. Follow your interests and activities.

- Taking part in extracurricular activities encourages creativity and promotes a balanced lifestyle.

Example:  I may join a sports team, and learn musical instruments like violin and piano to feed my hobbies and live a balanced life.

B. Professional Goals:

Develop my leadership and collaborative skills.

- Achievement in both educational and work environments depends on leadership and cooperation.

Example: To improve my capacity for cooperation and leadership, I should take on leadership positions in clubs or get involved in group projects.

Learn the fundamental ideas and theories in my subject of study.

- Future academic and professional success depends on having a strong foundation in my field.

Example: I may attend lectures, participate in debates in class, and look for extra materials like textbooks or online tutorials to further improve my knowledge of my subject.

Obtain real-world experience in the field I want to enter.

- My ability to apply what I learn in the classroom and improve important abilities for my future profession is aided by real-world experience.

Example: Consider applying for internships, part-time work, and volunteer work to get practical experience and industry knowledge.

Take workshops, certificates, or more training.

- My knowledge and skill set are widened and my competitiveness in the job market is increased via specialisation and ongoing learning.

Example: Obtain certification in digital marketing, go to a project management seminar, and enrol in an online data analysis course to broaden my knowledge.
